I haven’t shot my photos yet, However, I sketched out what the photos would look like and showed them to a couple different people that do not go to school here, and a couple that do.

I asked…

1. Do you understand what the series is about?

All of the people I asked responded by saying that they did understand it.  It was suppposed to be a series of kind of eerie or creepy photos, maybe of a nightmare.  All of them got the idea though.

2. What could I do to improve these photos?

A couple said add more gore. (I’m not sure if I want to do this because blood grosses me out. I understand it’d be fake blood or photoshop but it’s still sick and it would ruin the pictures for me. Just a personal perspective).  Another said to make sure it’s not a bright sunny day, maybe even go out a little after dark and do some shoots.

3. Any other suggestions for me?

Other than waiting for the perfect day and time to do these, I didn’t get much response from this question.

Currently, I am waiting on an OK to use the site I would like in my background.  The owner of the property I want to use is incredibly hard to get ahold of, however I am trying my best to get ahold of them.  If this fails, there are some burned down old houses/shacks that will do just fine for the series.
